In my last blog HERE, I showed you guys Behind-the-Scenes photos of being part of KTLA's "Live From The Oscars" Pre-Show TV Special. So, now it's time to for my Behind-the-Scenes Blog of filming at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising/FIDM Museum's 26th Annual Art of Motion Picture Costume Design Exhibition discussing the Academy Award nominated costumes as well as a segment I did showcasing my NIKOLAKI fashion line's gowns to celebrate 90 years of Oscars Style.

In the special "90 Years of Oscars Style" segment on the KTLA "Live From The Oscars" Pre-Show, I showed several of our NIKOLAKI gowns as being "inspired" by all the various decades--from 1920s-2010's--that the Academy Awards has been a part of (The 1st Academy Awards ceremony took place in 1929)...Take a look:










1920's Inspired Great Gatsby Gal: Model Brianna Barnes in NIKOLAKI bias-cut gold silk charmeuse asymmetrical hem draped gown--My partner David styled all the gowns and for this particular one, he used a GORGEOUS 1920's feathered fan that was HIS GRANDMOTHER'S!!! David also created the beautiful headpiece--FIDM Museum
